My Story
"There were times I worked incredibly hard but felt like I was running on a treadmill — exhausted, but going nowhere."
Hi, I'm Ho Alva. The journey I'm on has never had the footprints of luck or any shortcuts — it was built with sweat and long days of patience.
Yet the glamour of being a "KOL" couldn't sustain a long-term career without real professional foundations.
The biggest turning point came when I proposed and directly led the creation of a team specialising in next-generation tech product reviews for the company.

2014–2016
Starting as PG at The Gioi Di Dong & FPT
First steps in tech retail. Learned to read customers, understand phone components and built communication skills from real frontline experience.
2016–2018
Junior Digital Marketing at Big E Co.
Transitioned to Digital Marketing — the beginning of a long journey with Big E Co. Learned ads, measurement, and data-driven thinking from early campaigns.
2018–2020
Senior Digital Marketing at Big E Co.
Led the full Digital Marketing strategy for Big E Co. Built the content system, optimised marketing cashflow and began mentoring younger team members.
2020–2022
Tech Review Team launched — Record revenue 1B VND in 3 months
The pandemic was a challenge but also an opportunity. The Tech Review project launched and hit a record 1 billion VND revenue in just 3 months.
2022–2024
Business Director — Big Electric
Elevated to Business Director at Big Electric. Expanded perspective from marketing to full business strategy — operations, teams and market development.
2024+
CMO Big E Co. & Big E Co. × Alibaba project
Elevated to CMO of Big E Co. and directly leading the strategic partnership between Big E Co. and Alibaba — bringing Vietnamese goods to global markets.
